TR-DPH 260 Blister Packing Machine
1, The main parts of our blister packing machine are made from premium stainless steel and alu-alloy material, which are machined by advanced high precision CNC tooling machineries.
2, The maximum diameter of the reel can be 600 mm, which guarantee 180 muinutes uninterrupted production. The funciton of waste material trimming cutting is available.
3, Equipped with integrated forming material splicer and automatic format positioning system to achieve straight-forward format changeovers.
4, The fast lock method enables replacement of lidding material easily within 15 seconds.
5, Material drag system adopts a precise servo motor. It is stable, accurate in running. The blister length can be easily setted.
6, Sealing cylinder is placed inside of the machine’s body to improve the machine's structure.
