PRODUCT DESCRIPTION TRCI-92 series corrosion inhibitors are water solubility inhibitors which creates a film which inhibits against CO2 and H2S or any acid gases, as well as high salinity saltwater corrosion environments. It is composed of composite pyridine quaternary ammonium salt as main ingredients with other synergist and surfactant. TRCI-92 offers excellent corrosion inhibition performance. It is mainly used in oil & gas acidizing corrosion.

ADVANTAGE Good effect on certain partial pressure CO2，H2S and high salinity corrosion.
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT Add Application temperature range: 30 -160℃ (BHCT). Dilute TRCI-92 Series products by tap water into 20% solution before adding. (Blend with thiourea can offer better performance.) Calculated by liquid production capacity, generally add 30~100 ppm (Can be customized). The corrosion rate can reach more than 80%.
TRCI-92H High temperature, application range: 120-160℃. TRCI-92M Middle temperature, application range: 50-120℃. (Temperature range can be adjusted accordingly to client’s requirements.)
PACKAGING AND STORAGE 200kg net per plastic drum or 1.0mt IBC tank. Store in a dry location away from sources of heat or ignition, and minimize dust.
