PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TRCS-052S is a kind of spacer agent with multi perfect functions, and it is composed by, according to different ratio, kinds of effective surfactants, suspending agents, weighting agents, and thinner. It can formulate different gravity spacer agent, 1.0 g/cm3~1.9g/cm3,according to client’s requirements. It is non-poisonous, non-odor, and non-corrosive. The spacer agent formulated by TRCS-052S can effectively replace and flush the mud, preventing cross contamination of slurry and cement slurry. TRCS-052S has good compatibility with cement slurry, can dilute cement slurry effectively and improves the performance of cement.

USAGE：
Application temperature range: 25 -150℃ (BHCT).
Formulating TRCS-052S weighting and spacer agent to 4% aqueous solution. After adequate hydration, add barite powder or other weighting agents to adjust the specific gravity of the spacer agent to the level of cementing requirements. Make a mixed slurry test of spacer agent, slurry and cement slurry before operation to ensure their capability.

Packaged in 25 Kg moisture-resistant bag, or according to customers’ request.
