Typical process as follows:

Firstly, raw materials will be sucked and mixed in the bowl by Mixer and Granulator, pressure tank sprays binder to the fluidized powders, powders agglomerate and become wet granules.
Secondly, wet granules will be discharged into fluid-bed dryer through a hermetic vacuum pipe, and dried in the fluid-bed dryer.
Thirdly, dry granules will be milled and transferred to the storage container.
Finally, granules will be filling into Capsules via TR’s Auto Capsule Filling Machine.
