TR’s bottle unscrambler machine is used for loading and oriented supplying of round/square plastic containers to the automatic line .

 Automatic Capping Machine

Our Automatic Capping machine is applicable for different size bottles,  includes round, rectangular and most irregular bottles/containers. No spare parts need to be changed.  
The main frame and housing of our machine is made from stainless steel SUS 304. 
Large volume caps can be stocked by our floor level cap hoper. Long-time and continous running can be expected. The caps are no need to be filled frequently.
Three groups of capping wheels with digital knobs can screw the caps properly and completely.
The third group of capping wheels which equips slipping pieces can detect whether the caps were screwed properly or not. 
The machine will stop automatically if the bottles were absent or choked on the conveyor belt.
Rejection system for improperly capped bottles and/or the bottles without caps.

Desiccant Sachet Filling Machine

TR's desiccant sachet filling machine is used for filling unit desiccant sachet into a container, which can control the dryness of tablets or capsules.
The desiccant sachets is ribbon type.
Our desiccant sachet transmission system equiped with sensors.
The unit desiccant sachets are cutted by two blades from the ribbon and the sachets can be filled into the container exactly.
The machine will stop automatically if the bottles were absent or choked on the conveyor belt.

High-Speed Labeler 

TR’s labeling system uses the most advanced fully automatic adjustment system without manual adjustment of the parameters, no need to move the sensor's location. 
If there was any changing of labels or bottles during production, our PLC system can adjust the parameters automatically. 

Induction Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine 

TR's electromagnetic inductive aluminum foil sealing machine uses the electromagnetic inductive theory with the transistor modular design.

When a bottle is passed through the magnetic field of high frequency, the aluminum foil over the bottle mouth can produce high heat instantly during the effect of the high frequency. The heat will be transfered to thermal film in a very short time. The thermal film can be fixed onto the bottle mouth and the bottle will be sealed well. This sealing machine can be widely used in many industries, which require sealing operation, such as medicine, food, cosmetics, pesticide and chemical. It can prevent moisture, mold and theft.  It is applicable for non-metal bottles, which are made of PE, PP, PET, PS, ABS and glass etc. 

The whole machine will not touch the bottle mouths during its operation, and the bottles can be sealed firmly 100%.
