Heavy Weight Drill Pipe

The wall thickness of the heavy weight drill pipe is between the drill pipe and the drill collar, its structure is similar with the drill pipe.

It is made from premium alloyed steel. Both its tool joints and middle upset are welded hardbands.

Technical parameters meet with API Spec7-1 Standard.

Square Kelly

Time Rolling square kelly is manufactured according to API Spec 7-1. Our square kelly is made from AISI 4145H modified alloy bars quenched and tempered full length. After such heat treatment, its brinell hardness can reach 285-341.

Our kelly’s end, drive cross-section and joint are all processed and tested conforming to API Standard.

Hexagon Kelly

Time Rolling Hexagon Kelly is made from AISI 4145H alloy steel. According to API Spec 7.

It is formed by hot forging and fully heat-treated by intermediate frequency induction heat treatment or 20 m horizontal optical resistance furnace to threads are phosphated, copperized or cold worked.
