General description
TRCS-052S is a versatile spacer agent composed of effective surfactants, suspending agents, weighting agents and a thinner in varying proportions. It can be used to prepare spacer fluids with densities of 1.0–1.9 g/cm³ according to customer requirements. It is non-toxic, odourless and non-corrosive. Spacer fluids prepared with TRCS-052S can effectively displace and flush drilling mud, preventing cross-contamination between drilling mud and cement slurry. TRCS-052S is compatible with cement slurry, can effectively dilute it and improves cement performance.

Application
Application temperature range: 25–150°C (BHCT).
Prepare a 4% aqueous solution of TRCS-052S. After sufficient hydration, add barite powder or other weighting agents and adjust the buffer-fluid density to meet the cementing requirements. Before the operation, test the buffer fluids, drilling mud and cement slurries to verify their technical properties.
Packaging
Packed in 25 kg moisture-proof bags or as requested by the customer.
