Sachet Packaging Machines

The vertical packaging machine combines measuring, product loading, bag making and date printing for stick sachets or pouches. Applications include pharmaceutical, chemical, food and cosmetic packaging.

Two filling systems extend the range of powders and granules handled by one machine. The auger filler serves standard and non-free-flowing powders, while the volumetric filler handles free-flowing powders and granules.

The horizontal FFS machine forms, cuts, fills and seals sachets from multilayer heat-sealable films. It supports three-side and four-side sealing, with auger adjustment of the filling volume.

1. Film feeding

   Material reel → V-forming section → folding guides → optical sensor.

2. Sachet forming

   Bottom sealing → vertical sealing → cutting with scissors.

3. Opening & filling

   Pulling fingers → sachet opener → filling funnel.

4. Final sealing

   Top sealing completes the sachet.

The touchscreen-controlled liquid sachet machine produces four-side-sealed packs. It is designed for continuous operation in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food applications.
