An integrated solid dose process
The line is designed for GMP production requirements, with enclosed material handling to help limit cross-contamination. Equipment selection can be adapted to the end user’s process and production needs.
From powder to filled capsules
Mix & granulate
Raw materials are drawn into the mixer-granulator bowl. Binder is sprayed from a pressure tank onto the moving powder to form wet granules.
Transfer & dry
Wet granules pass through an enclosed vacuum pipe into the fluid-bed dryer.
Mill & store
Dried granules are milled and transferred to a storage container.
Fill capsules
Prepared granules are fed to the automatic capsule filling machine.
