TRFW-4 Foil/Paper Wrapping Machine is designed and
suitable for wrapping on roll with several pieces of
effervescent tablets by aluminum foil & paper laminated
material. This machine is PLC controlled with stepper
motor and pneumatic cylinder to combine. It is high
performance and reliable. Easy operation easy and
maintenance.
It can run fully automatically, warning and stop function
for no wrapping paper and no tablet, all effervescent
tablets touching material use SUS316 stainless steel.
Main function:
● Vibrating effervescent tablets feeding system: put
effervescent tablets into hopper by manual, vibrating
system will send effervescent tablets into track
automatically for wrapping preparation, automatic
stop for overload effervescent tablet, automatic start
for lack of effervescent tablets, all effervescent tablet
arrangement is automatically.
● Effervescent Tablets arranging system: this unit is to
arrange effervescent tablets according to setting
position and quantity for pushing to wrapping station.
● Paper feeding and wrapping system: Put the wrapping paper to holder, machine can arrange wrapping
paper to wrapping station for standby automatically. Effervescent Tablets will be wrapped
automatically. Paper will be automatically cut off after each wrapping.
● Controller unit: This machine is controlled by PLC controller, automatic warning and stop when any
procedure get malfunction.
TRTF-3 Effervescent Tablet Roll Tube Filling Machine

TRTF-3 Effervescent Tablets Rolls Tube Filling Machine
is designed and suitable for filling effervescent tablets
rolls into tubes, This machine is PLC controller with
stepper motor and pneumatic cylinder to combine. It
is high performance and reliable. Easy operation and
maintenance.
It can run fully automatically, warning and stop
function for no tube/cap and no effervescent tablet roll.
All touching material adopts SUS316 stainless steel.
Main Function
● Vibrating Caps feeding system: Put caps into hopper,
Vibrating system will send caps into track automatically
as per setting direction for capping preparation,
automatic stop for overload caps, automatic start
for lack of caps.
● Capping System: The Caps will be automatically
compressed on tubes. It can automatically stop
for no roll and no tube. The uncapped tubes will
be rejected.。
● Rolls Track: The effervescent tablets rolls will be
conveyed to rolls track for tube filling.
● Tube Loading: Put tubes into hopper as per setting
direction for preparation by manual
● Rolls Feeding System: The effervescent tablets rolls will be automatically pushed into tubes.
It can automatic stop for no tubes.
● Controller unit: This machine is PLC controlled, It will automatic warn and stop when any
procedure get malfunction.
